Request e signatures missing

I have a few users whose button is missing.  Not in tools. They have Acrobat w/ Sign services assigned to their account. They can login to their Sign account via browser and it works fine, just not the desktop app itself.

Adobe had me uninstall/clean/reinstall.  No change.

I've seen a few other posts here going back a year and nobody able to find a fix.  Did I miss something?

Update. Here is the fix for anyone else in the future who runs into this. Locate these registry values and modify them.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\cServices

bToggleAdobeSign value: 0
bToggleAdobeDocumentServices value: 0

bUpdater value: 1

It seems you've got a fix for DC, but the registry items are different for Acrobat Pro 2020, and none of the FeatureLockDown items seem to give that option. Do you have a solution for Pro? - Thanks

Sorry I don't. DC is all we have and this is what Adobe Support gave me when I linked up with them.

Hi @MidEvil2023

The screenshot attached above seems you have taken from the account that works fine and shows Request E-Signature service. Correct?

The users account, which is not give this feature, check the following:

1- Do they hold the subscription that gives them access to Request E-Signaure on a desktop?

2- If yes, then have you installed the correct application? Is it Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader, as they both look identical?

Take a screenshot of the app version, Open Acrobat>Help>About Acrobat, and share it with us.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Correct that is from mine which does work. However, I have Adobe Sign Enterprise + Acrobat Pro No Sign.  My other user(s) have just  Acrobat Pro w/ Sign Services.

Yes they have Acrobat w/ Sign licenses.  Again, they can access full Sign functionality if they go to it via browser.  Adobe support sent me a registry change to make, but it didn't work.

They used to work fine, but we recently went through some computer upgrades. Now they don't.
