Request E-signatures Tool Missing

Hi all,

I have an end user that is unable to request e-signatures because the tool is missing from the application.

The licenses were bought and applied 13/04/2023 at approx. 11:30 BST

I have created a fresh VM to replicate the issue and it's still missing.

License purchased: Acrobat Standard DC

Please see screenshot below of installation details:

Acrobat has installed via Creative Cloud.

I have checked the Acrobat Home URL via Microsoft Edge and I am able to Request e-signatures from there, just not in the x64 Acrobat application.

I have attempted:

New Windows user with local admin rights

Repair Installation (built-in)

AcroCleaner tool

"reset preferences"

Restart PC

A registry edit I found on the forum

Is anyone able to assist?

On another note, I've have the same license applied to my own account for a while and I am able to Request E-signatures in Acrobat Standard.

Many thanks,

Phantom

Just been on the phone with Adobe Support, and the fix was to use the AcroCleaner but then install Adobe Standard (or Pro) using the standalone enterprise downloads and using the 32-bit version.

The tools now appear. (leaving this here for anyone else who may run into this problem).

Thanks

Check the E-sign menu. It's an alternate route, equivalent to the tools.
