Request E signtures not showing since recent update

We recently updated to 25.001.20937 and we have the acrobat pro licens however when its installed i reviewd the tools and it looks like the option to request e-signature is no longer there,

 

Ive tried removing the app , reintalling through exe, the microsoft store and the adobe creative cloud app and still seeing the same issue

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

 

The issue is not reproducible at our end (Win OS). Would you mind sharing the version of the OS you are using? 

 

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3Kr9ODs , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/48piQJh and see if that works. 

 

If it still doesn't work, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs and the Acrobat diagnostic logs as described here https://adobe.ly/3XXmvZK for further investigation.

Hello Amal,

 

We are on version 2025.001.20982 (64-bit) on Windows 11 version 25H2 (26200.7171). Multiple users at our organization are experiencing this issue and it seems to be happening elsewhere too based on the online chatter. 

 

According to the support article on Adobe's own help article (here), there should be a "Request e-signatures" option under the "E-sign" tab, and there is not.

I've looked elswhere and found instructions on how to use this feature on Acrobat on the web but when we try, there is an error that says "E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later".

Please escalate this issue.

Hi there 

 

Hope you are doing well and thanks for sharing the details. 

 

Please try updating the application to the latest version 25.01.20997 from the help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer and see if that works. 

 

Also as described this is a work computer managed by the IT at your organization, it’s worth verifying that the E-sign service hasn’t been disabled at the org level. If you’re able, you may want to open a support ticket with Adobe Admin Console for further investigation.
