"Request for E-Signature" feature missing in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 64-bit

Hi for some reason the "Request for E-Signature" is missing in the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 64-bit which I recently installed on our users. It was available on some older installs. Can you help please?
