REQUEST FOR REFUND
Dear all,
I signed up for Adobe's free trial for the first week and canceled before the trial ended, so there were no active subscriptions on my profile. However, after the trial week was over, I noticed that I was charged for the monthly subscriptions, despite having no active subscriptions.
Is this standard procedure, and will Adobe automatically refund me, or do I need to request a refund specifically?
