REquest for signature error message

Question

when using request signature on adobe(desktop app), getting error message one step before selecting where recipient need to sign

anyone can help

things i already did:

-i tried many time closing and reopning , even reinstall adobe, download again the adobe pdf, still same issue

Could you try requesting a signature from Acrobat Web: https:https://adobe.ly/48I9E4j and let us know how it works.

In the meantime, please check if you have any pending updates by launching Acrobat > Help > Check For Updates.

Also, if you try requesting a signature using another file just for the test, do you see the same issue?
