Request for Signature missing from Adobe Document Cloud

Question

Today I tred to send some contracts that I need signed and now the "Request for Signature" is missing. Is it gone for good on Adobe Document Cloudor is it just me?

Hey!

Hope you are doing good. In the screenshot shared above, we see that "Request Signature" option along with a few other feature is missing. Have you had this option before? If yes, then since how long you found it missing?

because nothing has been changed/modified from our end on Document Cloud site. Its looks fine at our end.

Meanwhile, try the following steps:

1- Sign out of the account and sign back in.

2- Try logging in using different web browser.
