Request for signature not working

Hello,

Request e-signatures has always worked well for me. All of a sudden it is no longer working. The following message pops up and repair just ends up closing the pdf. Learn more doesn't tell me anything either. Can someone please provide guidance?

Is this error message appearing for all your PDFs, or is it limited to a specific one? Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 24.005.20320. Planned update, Dec 10, 2024. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check.
