request signature/Fill and sign still not working using Acrobat DC

Could you please let us know what happens when you try sending document for signature via Acrobat?

Did you try sending the document via Acrobat online? If not, please try and check if that works.

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the issue occuring at your end.
