Hi all,

We currently have the Acrobat Pro licensing but when using the software we are missing the  “request signature” option.

Do we require a different license to have this? It seems to not appear on our Acrobat Pros.

    Hello @Paulina5CD1,

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble you had.

Could you please share more details about the issue? Are you on a Mac or Windows machine, and what is the OS version? Can you please share a screenshot of the window where you don't see the 'request signature' option? When I checked your current Adobe ID (email), which you have used to log in on the community platform, I see that you have a personal and a business profile. and licenses of Creative Cloud Pro, Acrobat Pro, and Acrobat Sign for Small Business team licenses are cancelled. There are no active licenses associated with your Adobe ID.

So, if you want to use the services, then you must have an active license of Acrobat Pro, Creative Cloud, and Acrobat Sign. And this could be the reason you don't see the service/tool. Please use the Adobe ID (email) through which you subscribed to the license, and then you can try the suggestions from this article: Restore missing tools in Adobe Acrobat

Let us know how it goes, and share your observations. We're here to help.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
