Request signatures from third parties

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with requesting signatures.

We experienced certain server issues related to the feature in the previous days.

The servers are now up and running. Would you mind trying out the features again and letting us know if it works for you?

That said, have you checked if the documents you are sending comply with your account's transaction limits?
