Request to Verify and Reissue Serial Number - Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (Perpetual License)

I’ve been using a perpetual license of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for many years on my old Windows 10 computer.
Recently I moved to a new Windows 11 PC, and I no longer have the original serial number.

Following a support chat with an Adobe agent, I accessed my old system and located clear activation evidence, including:

• The SLStore folder under ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore (dated January 25, 2017)

• The activation file containing the hash 758**************6CC1

• A registry entry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\11.0\Activation confirming valid activation

I understand Acrobat XI is a legacy product, but I’d appreciate it if an Adobe staff member could verify my activation and help me reactivate or reissue my perpetual license for my new computer.

For privacy reasons, I prefer to share the activation screenshots and files privately with an Adobe staff member rather than post them publicly.
