Hi everyone, I cancelled my free trial in october and I received an email confirming my cancellation. I have been billed for november and december. I have talked to the support on the chat box as well as two agents but they continue to end the chats. i'm getting very frustrated and I don't know how else to get my refund or talk to someone who will actually help me. Has anyone else has this issue and do you have an advice on how i can proceed?
