Requesting a refund

Hi everyone, I cancelled my free trial in october and I received an email confirming my cancellation. I have been billed for november and december. I have talked to the support on the chat box as well as two agents but they continue to end the chats. i'm getting very frustrated and I don't know how else to get my refund or talk to someone who will actually help me. Has anyone else has this issue and do you have an advice on how i can proceed?

Alex, thanks for posting about your commitment to Adobe to this public discussion forum. I am sorry, but I see that you only canceled the AI assistant for Acrobat in October. Your commitment to Acrobat continued, and you have been able to utilize the paid features as recently as last month, Alex.
