Reset Activation for Acrobat Professional Version 20.0

I no longer have the old devices, so I’m wondering how I can reset the activation on those devices. The advisors I spoke to were unhelpful and only directed me to this forum...

    I assume this is a perpetual license and not a subscription (otherwise, the message would have offered you a choice of logging out of all devices). In that case, you unfortunately need to have Adobe’s customer service reset your activation count. As far as I know, there is nothing you (or we) can do to get around this.
