Resizing a large PDF

Hello, I am working on a PC with Windows 10, Creative Suite and PSE. 

I need to resize a PDF that measures 26" x 6.43" at 300 dpi (landscape). I need to print this document out. If that's not possible, is there a way I can print it out in sections or crop it?  Not sure how to proceed at all. Thanks!
