Restore Last View Settings Problem

Acrobat DC loses settings after a few days, even though I have Restore Last View Settings checked. I took this screenshot on Wednesday: 

Tested it Thursday and the settings were still saved.

Now this is a screenshot from today:

It does this with other pdfs too.
