Reuse Files not working in Combine Files

Question

Recently took the plunge and upgrade from 2020 to Continuous however I have discovered the reuse files function in Combine Files is not working. The previous combinations show and point correctly to the files in the group, but when I click add files the dialog box just goes away and nothing is added. Since this was a feature I use daily, I need help in figuring out what the issue is.  - Thanks

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

Would you mind sharing a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity and better understanding?

A few things you can try:

Update Acrobat – Make sure you’re on the latest release by going to Help > Check for updates. Sometimes this issue is addressed in recent patches.
Repair installation – Go to Help > Repair Installation to ensure there aren’t any missing or corrupted components after the upgrade.
Test with new files – Try creating a fresh combination with newly selected files instead of reusing the older list, to check if the issue persists.
