Revert changes after installing 64 bit version

going crazy here.

was issued new laptop @ work - they say call adobe, adobe says contact work...

 

same build # on both - Adobe Acrobat Pro 2023.003.2069.   Old machine runs 32 bit, new on 64.

 

both logged into same Adobe cloud account - layout & edit options totally different - also there is no option in 64 bit to uncheck open in same window.

 

How to I change the toolbar layouts to mirror the setup on my 32 bit version & get it to launch new window for each pdf opened?

 

I have to edit multiple PDF's every day & the layout change & all opening in same tabbed view is killing me - any help is greatly appreciated.

I am in the same boat here this morning.  I have tried customizing my quick access toolbars as well as my side panels but it will not allow with no online user manual to read through.  The previous version allowed me to set-up what tools I use frequently with ease.
