Revit to Pdf Line weight and colours are wrong.

Are you exporting to pdf? That usually works better than printing to pdf. Here is a link to Autocad instructions:

As for the line width, there is an Acrobat Page Display preference to enhance thin lines, try turning this off.

If these suggestions don't help, it's possible you are creating a very complex vector pdf (too many nodes), if so you can try exporting as raster or simplifying the pdf. Search this forum for the word "simplify".

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat.

Since you are experiencing issues with color profiles when viewing and printing PDFs from Revit, would you mind trying the below steps:

1. Open the "Printing Preferences" for the Adobe PDF printer. See details in the helpx: Adobe PDF printing preferences (Windows).
2. Click the Adobe PDF Settings tab in the "Printing Preferences" dialog.
3. For Adobe PDF Output Folder, browse to the folder where you want PDFs to be created.
4. Ensure that the "Prompt for Adobe PDF filename." and "Rely on System Fonts" options are NOT selected.
5. Click OK.
