I am trying to  convert pdf to word/docx. When i log into my account with adobe acrobat pro dc i select the document to export to word and adobe informs that it has been converted and is ready for download. I then download it but cannot open the converted document. It either keeps telling me to choose a different folder on my computer into which to save the document or if I use the web based application I get the following message:

"Secure Connection Failed

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

This happens with Safari; Chrome; and Firefox so i don't think it is the web browser.

Any suggestions?
