Rich Media Tools are disabled in Acrobat Customization Wizard for Adobe Acrobat DC (Tools/RichMedia/'Disable Apps in Tools tab' is checked).

Is it possible to enable Rich Media tools without reinstalling the product?

Or is there a possibility to install RichMedia  tools afterwards?

Is there anyone who is able to help in this issue? Is it possible to enable or to install Rich Media tools without reinstalling the whole product Adobe Acrobat DC if the Rich Media Tools are disabled in the first installation?
