Right click print crashes adobe reader

Looking for a solution to this problem. I already reinstalled adobe and updated to latest version. Running on vm pc with server 2016 OS. Thanks.

Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.
Please share a screenshot of the error. Use this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html to collect crash logs and share the unique ID of the log. It would be helpful if you could also share the following:

  • OS name and version
  • Acrobat version installed. 
  • Screenshot of the error.
  • A screen recording, if possible, of how this crash occurs. 

 

Will be waiting patiently to look for more information.

OS: Server 2016
Adobe Version : 2024.002.20965
Log ID : acf08fe6-0c8c-4d6e-ab15-4a9097ffc127
 
This error occurs when right click printing an adobe PDF. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but it made no difference.
