Right side panel defaults to "Comments". Can I set default view to "Destinations" or "Bookmarks"?

When opening a shared PDF on Adobe Document Cloud, the right side panel shows "Comments" by default. I would prefer that it show "Bookmarks" or "Destinations" by default, rather than "Comments".  Is there a way to achieve this?

This is a property of each file. Go to Menu - Properties and you'll be able to change it under the Initial View tab (not to Destinations, though, only Pages, Bookmarks, Attachments or Layers).
