Right to left written language check

Question

Hi, I'd like to check if there's a way to set up the preflight check in acrobat DC so I can verify if arabic or hebrew text is written from left to right instead of right to left.

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, Acrobat’s Preflight tool does not have a built-in profile to verify text direction (LTR vs. RTL) for languages like Arabic or Hebrew. Preflight focuses on PDF standards compliance (PDF/A, PDF/X), fonts, color spaces, and accessibility, not linguistic directionality.

You can use the Adobe Wish form to file a feature request with the product team.
