Roll back update

Hello,

 

How do I roll back from the recent update?

 

Alot of features are missing or hidden. The text automatically goes from right to left and needs to changed for every piece of text that needs entering.

Hi,

Have you tried to install previous version from your Adobe CC app?

Facing the app name, there is an elipsis (3 dots) that allows you an option called 'Other Versions'.

I was able to access it for some tools, but not Acrobat. 

Can you try:

  • Uninstall Acrobat DC using the uninstaller.
  • Clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Reinstall your previous version and activate with your serial number.
  • Alternatively, you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app if you have a subscription.
  • For versions cc 2019 and older, use prodesign tools.com.
  • You can download most non-subscription apps if you purchased them from Adobe.com or registered them.
  • You can download previous versions of Adobe Reader from https://www.my-acrobat-reader.com/.
