Rotate is no longer a free Feature? Goodbye Adobe

It's been a good 20 years, but if I have to pay for something like rotate, then it's time to uninstall used Windows 10 default pdf viewer.

This is correct, rotate page has never been a free feature. This has always been a part of paid feature Organize Pages.

With freeware, you can only rotate the page view using Acrobat Reader DC desktop app.

The free Reader could only rotate the view, not the actual pages. This has always been like that and hasn't changed recently.

Never was. Been using for decades. You must have had a paid-for copy of Acrobat. Perhaps came with a computer or scanner. And now you lost it... but of course that's Adobe's fault.
