rotation not saved

I use Adobe Acrobat DC.

I want to save an rotated document, but is doesn't work.

When rotated and closed a document , the rototation is not saved.

I've tried it with online rotating (adobe.com) but this isn't the solution.

What's the problem?

In Adobe Acrobat rotate the pages. Doesn't rotate the view.
