Question

Salesforce PDF to Adobe Sign Agreement automation possibility?

Hello everyone, I currently have set up in my Salesforce instance the "Create PDF" button from the quote object, I then save the PDF and "Send For Signature" with my Adobe Sign integration...

The question is... Is there a way to:

1: Add the saved PDF automatically to the adobe sign file selection before previewing and editing the signature fields?

2: Is there a way to automate these signature fields instead of having to add them each time I create a new agreement?

The reason why I ask this is because I tried to use Document Builder for this type of automation and it sure did work, but the template is required to be a word document, which is not my favorite thing, just seeing if our company possibilities to do this seem "Logical" or if i will just have to keep using Document Builder for automations like this

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
