Not sure what might be causing this issue but the names Tammy, Jayson, Ryan and Kyle are printing the right color and the rest are faded. The program being used is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2020.006.20034. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, the text of the same file is getting printed in different colors.
Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try printing a different PDF file and check. If its a file specific issue please share the file with us for testing. Upload the file on the document cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/) generate the link and share the link.
Also please try to disable the protected view for testing. Please go to Adobe Acrobat / Reader DC (Mac), Edit (Windows) > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Disable the protected mode and Uncheck the Enhanced Security > Click OK and check.
Note: Please enable the security after testing.
You may also try to print as an image and see if that helps. Go to Print > Advanced > Print as image.
