Same PDF, Same Network Printer, Different PCs, Different Color

When printing the same PDF to the same network printer from different pcs in the office we are getting different colors. Either the colors look great or very washed out as if it isn't printing enough black, depending on which pc the PDF is printed from. This even makes the white area look a little more magenta. What needs to be adjusted to assure that the same PDF printed to the same network printer looks the same when printed from any pc in the office?
