Save a PDF from IPAd to Sharepoint

Hi, We having been using PDF expert on our Ipads for 2 years now in conjunction with sharepoint. Until just recently the two have been working together fine.

But now when we go into sharepoint from the ipad to add information onto a pdf document, the information is not saving directly into sharepoint by using the back button. Is there some step that we are missing?
