Save as Adobe PDF for oulook when click new email

Hello,

My user said there is an option "Save as Adobe PDF" for oulook 365 when click new email.

When I create a new email without saving it, then go to File, there is no "Save as Adobe PDF" but in the word, it does.

 

Does it expect by design?

The option is there; you must check if the PDFMaker is enabled in Outlook. helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/creating-pdfs-pdfmaker-windows.html
