"Save as AdobePDF" not working in Microsoft Excel 2019

Question

I am having the issue where we are using new Adobe Standard XI licenses to install the program on new computers and once installed, the add-in is active in Excel, the button to Save As AdobePDF is there, but will not work and shows the error attached. Any ideas?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/pdfmaker-error-unable-to-find-adobe-pdf-resource-files.html and see if that works for you.

Note: Adobe Acrobat XI is an old EOL application it may or may not work with the latest MAC and Windows OS.
