"Save as" does not work, cannot save a document as a new file.

Just subscribed to Adobe Pro DC.  Forced to use this product by my customer.. As usual there is a glitch. Does anybody have a fix for the inability to "save as" for file management?  I created a form from an existing .pdf file. was able to save it. (That took 1/2 hour) I would like to re-save the file as another name.

Thanks

Go to Edit (or the application menu if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - General and disable "Show online storage when saving files" and "Show online storage when opening files".

I have tried this and the settings are correct but it still shows a blank box when I try to use the Save As feature

What specific problem do you see with using Save As?

All I get is a blank Save as PDF screen. No file listings. On one attempt it actually froze my Mac Air and I had to use Force Quit to get things moving again.
