"Save As" File Location Inconsistencies

Is there a way to change the Save As File location?  Here is my issue.  When I open or check out a PDF (AA Pro 2017) file from a Sharepoint location and choose Save As, the file location is not the same location of the original.  I can't quite figure out which location it opens to, but it is different each time.   I would like to open the same location from which I opened or checked out from.   Thank you in advance.

Can you share a screenshot of the SaveAs window? I have a Add Account to create 'shortcuts' on the left.

Also, I now sync the libraries as OneDrive has improve massively recently and makes work in these conditions much easier and efficient.

Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done about that.
