Save as opens as white screen

Bonjour,

Enregistrer sous pour un PDF (n'importe lequel) ne fonctionne pas, une fenêtre avec le titre " enregistrer au format pdf"  apparaît mais totalement blanche et sans fonctionnalité.

Comment y remédier ?

If you are referring that the "Save as" window opens as blank, try the following steps:

  • Launch the application and go to Edit menu > Preferences > General.
  • Uncheck the box for "Show online storage when saving files".
  • Click OK at bottom to save the settings
  • Try to save the file.

Check if this helps

Is there an updated answer to this question? I havn't found anything online that is helpful in fixing this problem.

Sorry for the touble.

 

Could you please confirm if the steps shared above doesn't resolve the issue. Is this a recent occurrence? 

If yes, please share the following information:

1. Do you see blank view when you click on Home->My Computer or Home->Document Cloud also?

2- Can you share a screenshot of Task Manager (if Windows)/Activity Monitor (if Mac) with Reader/Acrobat application running?

3. Share the application and OS version on the machine.

Meenakshi,

 

I'm having this same issue - with both the "Save As" function and Adobe Sign functionality. I've tried the steps above to no avail, restarted system, signed out of Adobe, etc - nothing has fixed the issue so far. Any other suggestions?
