Save as PDF in Outlook wasn't install with Acrobat

I work as an onsite consultant.

A usders Save as PDF function from Outlook's File menu is not there. Outlook is fully updated.

The addin has not been installed.

I used the latest version of Acrobat from win 10 64bit. Version 2023.008.20470

I did a search on whole C:\ for PDFMOfficeAddin.dll and it was not found on users HDD.

Can I just download a version and refer to it somehow to get it to work or how do I fix this?

Hi @MARIA264023178g3u

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

It seems to be an issue with MS Outlook, please check for any missing/pending updates for MS office and see if that works.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.
