Save As window stays blank in Mac OS - can anyone help please ?

Dear All

I have moved to Acrobat Pro DC from Acrobat Pro 11 and I cannot fix a problem with the Save As window, which simply stays blank. This happened before moving from 10.12 to 10.13. I'm not if the problem is Acrobat, OS X, the iMac, or a combination of more than one of them. I've looked at the Preferences and don't see anything obvious to fix there.

I have been using Macs since 1992 but don't have particular technical knowledge, so I may be doing something, or not doing something, obvious.

Can anyone help please ?

Many thanks

Bill

Hi Orwell,

As per the description above, the "Save As" option function does not work, as it appears to be blank, is that correct?

Please try to turn the feature off for Online/Cloud save option, navigate to Edit>Preferences>General

deselect these two options:

  • Show online storage when opening files.
  • Show online storage when saving files.

If the issue still persists, please try to repair the installation files of Acrobat from Help>Reapir Installation.

Hope this helps, and keep us posted  with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
