Question

"Save As" workaround removes network drives as well

Acrobat Pro DC, latest version, no updates available at this time- I'm trying to save a pdf from Acrobat and the "save as" window is blank. I read about the workaround of turning off "show online storage" from preferences. What do I do when my save location is a network drive, and this "workaround" removes all network drives?

If disabling it solves your issue, the workaround is to save the file locally and then copy it to the network folder.

It's not ideal, but at least it works...

That's what I'm doing, and at least it does get me the desired results, unfortunately with an added step or two. It's very frustrating when the thread I found concerning this dates back to 2015! I seems so ridiculous that Adobe hasn't found a solution to this issue in that time. I know it's not any fault of your, I'm just venting.

I agree. They should have solved it ages ago.
