Save changes made to the "edit PDF" formatting

Whenever I am going into a PDF document to make edits, I open the "Edit PDF" tool, and the default formatting for some reason is set to Justified and the spacing is doubled and some other things that we just don't really want. I am setting the format settings to left align, and if I save that document and re-open I notice even though my spacing does change (which is annoying but can be worked around with shift+enter), the alignment will stay left how we need it too. However, as soon as I open another document the alignment is back to Justified. Surely there is a better way to save these settings so we don't have to go in and change them on every single specific document that we are editing. How might one accomplish this?
