Save Dialog Box Buttons Do Not Work

I am trying to save several documents in Acrobat after editing, and can easily bring up the Save As or Save dialog boxes.  I can click on all the buttons - and none of them do a single thing any longer.  It was working just fine yesterday, and even the first file I saved this morning.  Now, I pull up the Save As box, and try to click on "Choose a Different Folder", or "Cancel", or the folder I was already in and the box literally does nothing. I have restarted the app, I have made sure the app is up to date.  Not sure what else to try.

Sorry for the delayed response. If anyone is having a similar issue, judging from the video attached, it seems the user has a network driver, and Acrobat is getting busy working on the network folders. 


In this situation, you can try troubleshooting sandboxing in Acrobat: https://adobe.ly/4bmKMP6

Also, ensure your copy of Acrobat is updated, to check for pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check for Updates.
