Hi @39046006 Kyle31736097baom,

Sorry for the troubled experience. Thanks for reporting this!

If you’re saving to a mapped network drive or a cloud storage folder (like OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox, etc.), that could be the cause.

Here are some suggestions to try:

  1. First, try saving the file directly to your Desktop or Documents folder. If that works, the issue is likely with the mapped/cloud drive.

  2. Check that you have full read/write permissions to the drive.

  3. Sometimes, cloud sync apps (like OneDrive) can lock files briefly, which causes save errors.

  4. For best results, try saving locally first, then moving the file to the cloud manually.

  5. You can also go to Edit > Preferences > General and disable “Show online storage when saving files” to avoid cloud-related issues.

Please ensure your copy of Adobe Acrobat is updated. To check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check For Updates.

If you are still experiencing the issue, help us with the following details:

  1. Acrobat version installed:   https://adobe.ly/3PQQ7nE
  2. OS name and version.
  3. Screen recording showing the problem.

Let us know if this helps or if you can share more details about where you’re saving the file!
