Saving/Closing a document

I have a document that won't let me save it or to close the application. I've tried restarting the comuter and all the other suggestions and nothing is working.

@denise_8993 Ouch! Since you can't close the application, the first priority is to force quit Acrobat. You will lose your work. Then restart Acrobat. It may prompt you to recover the file you were working on. If it does, save it immediately under a new name and in a different location (like your desktop) to ensure you have a clean copy.
