Saving file as a PDF

Hi there,

Very new to this!  After editing a PDF I am now trying to save it so that I can send to a client.  When I now save as a PDF it seems to then open in the adobe screen and looks like it's an editable file.  I want to revert to the old PDF that I used to always use.  I know there was a pop up that asked me if I wanted to convert to this and I said yes however I want it to return to the file I'm used to working with.

Help!

Thanks

Correct answer Test Screen Name

But that's what always happened. When you open a PDF document in Acrobat Reader you always got the Adobe title bar, Adobe menu, Adobe task bar and Adobe tools. The tools changed, but the idea hasn't.

Perhaps we can take a different tack, since this is normal and everyone's experience. Why does it concern you - is it about what other people see, not you? (You aren't the first person to ask similar questions by any means).

OK so maybe that's where my problem lies.  I have only just got adobe.  Yes the reason it concerns me is I don't particularly want people to see I've edited it.  Maybe I'm over analysing this?

Thanks so much!

Are you just talking about the tools around the page? These are what is in your app, not in your file. If your client has the same software, they will see much the same as you. Please take care to understand the difference between your document and your app.

I'm not sure.  The pdf just seems to appear differently. Ie it doesn't look like a separate document it opens in adobe.  Does that make sense?  Many thanks
