When I create a stamp on adobe why doesn't it appear on my other computer?

Because a stamp is defined and saved on your local computer, not in your account or anything like that. You can export it from one computer to another, though.

If documents can be sent/saved/stored in the adobe cloud, and assoicated with my account subscription,  then whyt can't the custom stamps be saved and associated with my account and accessable whereever I log in?
