Saving word document to pdf giving an error

Question

We have one user of adobe pro that is getting an error when trying to save as pdf in Word. The error says there is an issue with her licence, even though she is signed into adobe. I have tried removing her licence then re adding it as this has solved issues before but doesnt work here. She has rebooted the laptop many times. Any ideas here

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Save as PDF in Word is a MS process of PDF creation and it is not dependant on Adobe. Please try to Save as Adobe PDF and see if that works. You may also try to create the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon present in the MS Word toolbar and check.
