I changed from the Creative package to the cheaper Acrobat Pro Package. When I click through to the available apps I get access to download the apps that I used to have. I've been clicking in circles for half an hour. It says I have the Acrobat Pro Package. It comes up with different downloads. It says I've had my account since 2014. I've cancelled. I'm gooooooooone.

Hi APenNameAndThatA,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

As you mentioned, Acrobat DC has been installed. Could you please share a screenshot of the information you are looking at to check the Acrobat version that is installed?

Could you let me know if you installed the application from the Creative Cloud desktop application or links provided somewhere else? More information would be helpful.

You may try reinstalling the application using the steps suggested below:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4jCz0UB).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/49kgmgS.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi. I use a Mac with the latest OS. I changed my plan from Creative (or whatever) to Acrobat Pro. I clicked on the links to download Acrobat Pro and got Acrobat DC instead. I kid you not. What is going on? Is Adobe the new Evernote? What is going on?
