scale ratio resets
i have an issue where i set the scale and ratio setting when i right click. once i got snap a measurement it resets and no longer able to get the correct measurement.

Could you please confirm if this issue is happening with a specific PDF file or with all PDFs? To check, try opening a different PDF file and see if the problem persists.
Additionally, please share the following details:
- Operating System version (Windows/macOS and its version)
- Acrobat Pro version (You can check this by going to Help > About Acrobat).
Make sure your Acrobat Pro is updated to the latest version 24.05.20414. You can update it by going to Help > Check for Updates. Once updated, restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.
