I'm guessing this DM I received from "Nicole Johnson" is a scam ... why would Adobe tech be using Outlook, a Microsoft product?

    I'm on the phone with Adobe now and they are completely unconcerned, they don't even want the name of the person who DM'ed me who has an account on this forum.  What in the name of god is going on with this company?

    Seems to me that if Adobe is going to offload their customer service unto their customers on this forum, the least they can do is police an obvious scam.
