Scan and search

I want to be able to scan our Bill of Ladings so that we can search by BOL # or a PO # that is on the BOL at a later date. Do I have to go in and highlight these numbers on every BOL after they are scanned?

No, you just need to run Text Recognition on the file, and if it's successful you'll be able to search it like you would a regular file. There's no need to highlight anything.
